You have got to see this house in person to believe how clean and spacious it is. Just blocks from campus (probably closer than most of the campus parking). Leave your car parked and save on gas by simply walking to class. Never rented prior to the 2005-2006 school year. Tenants are free to use the 2-car garage also. Beautiful lot with large mature shade trees. This home does not look like a typical rental.
